Our CTC programme may be made up of a variety of assignments, events, and learning interventions over a three to six month period. An individual undergoing our CTC programme might expect to spend a handful of days in the classroom, undertake a coaching project within his or her own environment or organisation and be given one to one coaching from a concentia consulting coach.
